Forms and Information
Applicants must complete the general forms for application to the Graduate School by doing them online. Note that there is an additional form just for the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience which appears as an option in this online process. Please remember to fill it out along with the general forms. Foreign applicants please note that there is an application specifically for foreign students (in addition to the departmental application form).
If your recommenders would prefer to submit a hard copy of their letter, you may download the appropriate form within the online application in the Downloadable Forms section.

Deadlines, Fees, amd Mailing Address
To be considered for admission for the following Fall semester your application must be postmarked on or before:
- December 1 for international applicants for all programs
- December 15 for the Clinical and Social program areas
- January 1 for Behavioral Genetics, Behavioral Neuroscience, and Cognitive program areas
The application fee must be included with your application. The fee is:
- $50 U.S. applicants
- $70 foreign applicants
