Web-based Forms and Information
Applicants must complete the general forms for application to the Graduate School by doing them online. Note that there is an additional form just for the Department of Psychology which appears as an option in this online process. Please remember to fill it out along with the general forms. Foreign applicants please note that there is an application specifically for foreign students (in addition to the departmental application form).
If your recommenders would prefer to submit a hard copy of their letter, you may download a recommendation request form.

Deadlines, Fees, amd Mailing Address
To be considered for admission for the following Fall semester your application must be postmarked on or before:
- December 1 for international applicants for all programs
- December 15 for the Clinical program
- January 1 for all other program areas
The application fee must be included with your application. The fee is:
- $50 U.S. applicants
- $70 foreign applicants
Submit two original transcripts and three letters of recommendation directly to the Department of Psychology at the following address:
