which fixes most of the errata (and a number of other smaller
typos). The errata are now listed by printing.

- 11/30/03: Ch 5, p. 155, equation 5.15. Steven Bressler at
Florida Atlantic University noted that this equation is missing a
minus sign.
- 7/30/03: Ch 4, p. 135, equation 4.23. Lee Newman @ Univ Michigan
noted that the Theta (wt_off) parameter should be in the denominator
of the w/(1+w) ratio, not the numerator as it is written. Thus, it
should read: (w_ij / (\Theta (1 - w_ij))^-\gamma instead of:
(\Theta w_ij / (1 - w_ij))^-\gamma.
- 9/28/00: Ch 3, p. 88, 2nd col, 2nd par (Question 3.7): To toggle
off the units in the event pattern, you can now (as of v. 3.0 of
PDP++) just click with the middle button (or shift-left-button).

- 2/19/01: Appendix B (Tutorial). We revised this tutorial
substantially to better fit last minute changes in the software that
make several things easier to do. However, we just discovered that
this revision did not make it into the published version. So, we are
making it available for download:
